For the last eight years I have worked on checkout, search and loyalty for online retailers, and I judge my work by what changes: conversion, return rates and how much support customers need. I am most useful where design, data and engineering meet. I read dashboards before I open Figma, and I prefer a test I can learn from to a debate I can not settle.
