About the Role We’re looking for a Design Lead—Branding & Graphic Design to build and lead our Branding & Graphic Design practice at Lollypop . The role combines hands-on design, creative leadership, team mentoring, and client collaboration. You’ll work on branding projects, set design standards, support pitches and scoping, and mentor designers while continuing to stay actively involved in design.
