ThunderClap is a remote-first B2B website and branding agency that builds conversion-focused websites and brand systems for SaaS, AI and deep-tech companies.
Own the visual communication direction across brand and marketing projects, hands-on and as a leader.
What you will do
- Develop and evolve brand systems across websites, social, sales collateral, pitch decks and campaigns.
- Give structured, actionable feedback; mentor and manage up to 4 designers.
- Art-direct marketing campaigns and collaborate with strategists, copywriters, illustrators, motion designers and developers.
- Present concepts to clients and improve internal design processes and playbooks.
What makes you stand out
- 6+ years in communication, brand or visual design, with 1 to 2 years in a lead or art direction role.
- A portfolio of brand systems and multi-touchpoint work, ideally for B2B, SaaS or tech brands.
- Strong typography, grid and layout skills; motion design exposure; Figma and Adobe Suite.
Remote (global), full-time.
