Responsibilities Incentive Plan Design and Modeling Design, develop, and implement field incentive compensation (IC) plans that align with brand strategies and sales goals. Build financial models to simulate plan performance under various scenarios using real and projected data. Conduct historical analysis and “what-if” simulations to evaluate plan effectiveness, fairness, and alignment.
