About
I lead design systems for teams that ship to many products at once. My focus is making the right thing the easy thing: components that are accessible by default, tokens that carry brand decisions into code, and documentation people actually read. I have built systems from a blank page and rescued ones that had drifted. I care about adoption more than perfection, so I measure how many teams use the system and how much faster they ship.
