I design services, not just screens. That means the letter people receive, the phone call that follows and the app in between. I work with city governments and hospitals to make everyday processes clearer and kinder. My approach is calm and collaborative: spend time with the people who use the service and those who deliver it, map what actually happens, and change the few things that matter most. I am happiest in a room full of sticky notes with a lot of different roles at the table.
