I'm a Product Designer with 6+ years across FinTech, SaaS and workflow platforms. I started in finance and accounting, so I'm at home with the rules and numbers behind the screens. Today I design across the full product stack of a regulated wealth firm: • An advisor CRM that hundreds of people rely on every day, across advisors, paraplanners, compliance and operations • Compliance journeys like KYC and suitability, turning multi-hour processes into one simple flow • A no-code workflow platform that lets operations teams launch new forms and processes in days instead of weeks • Client-facing planning and onboarding experiences • The design system that keeps all of it consistent That work has given advisors back thousands of hours a month and helped secure funding for new products. Before this, I redesigned an investor app and a neobank's money-transfer flow at Validus, and owned products end-to-end for startups and B2B teams in healthcare and productivity. How I work: • I own the problem, not just the screens: research, roadmap, requirements and the business case • I test with real users through interviews, usability testing and analytics • I build systems so teams stay consistent as products grow • I use an AI-augmented workflow (Figma MCP, AI-assisted prototyping and research synthesis) so small teams ship above their weight On the side I'm building Fathom, an open design system on Figma Community, to explore the decisions that sit behind components.
